To print your form: Fill in the form and press the print icon at the top left of your toolbar.

To email form from Outlook: Fill in the form and press the mail icon at the top left of your toolbar. A box will pop up to the right of your screen. Choose “Attach” to email. Click “Attach”. Another box will pop up, click “Send Copy”. This will bring you to the Outlook email draft page.

To email from any other account: Fill in the form and press the save icon at the top left of your toolbar. Save in a folder or directory on your hard drive. You can then attach this file as you would from any email. This is the preferred method of transmission if you have multiple forms to send.

To download to Adobe:  Go to the three dot menu at the top right of the toolbar.  Go to settings.  Scroll down to the bottom and click on the arrow beside the advanced.  Click the arrow to the right of the Content Settings.  Scroll down to PDF Documents and click the arrow to the right.  Once there enable Download PDF Files. Go back to our website and click on the document you would like to open.  The download is now on the bottom left of your screen.
